Take Time Out



Mindfulness is the concept of paying attention to the present moment. By using the mindfulness and relaxation techniques it can help you when you’re expecting and through your labour.

We can help you with some of the things that happen in pregnancy so if you’re feeling tired, stressed, anxious or just need to take some time for yourself.

The sessions range in time from 5 minutes to 20 minutes so you can find the one that’s right for you.

Our labour breathing sessions can help you focus if you’re hypnobirthing or if you just need some added support.
